Club rides are held three to four times each week. Rides levels are posted and led as follows: Easy 10-12 mph, Steady 12-14 mph, Brisk 15-18 mph, Advanced 18-21 mph, Race Pace 22+ mph Please check the calendar below for a location and a ride that best suits your riding style or mood.               Rides are led at the paces listed. The Easy and steady paced rides will always have regular regroups, where the ride leader will wait at predetermined points along the route for the entire group. These rides are more for families or social riders. As the pace of the ride increases the number of regroups decrease.
